Vehicle-Road-Cloud Integrated Platform
User Pain Points
Government agencies face challenges such as incomplete and untimely road traffic perception data, data silos across departments, and difficulties in cross-domaincollaboration. Concurrently, the industry lacks an integrated platform for intelligent connected vehicle (ICV) data aggregation, service provision, and vehicle supervision.
Solution Features
As a unified basic platform supporting the coordinated development of smart city infrastructure and intelligent connected vehicles. It aggregates full-dimensional perception data from vehicles, roads, networks, and maps to deliver innovative solutions in vehicle supervision, smart traffic, and urban governance. It features standardized access to multi-source data, spatiotemporal alignment, and fusion processing capabilities, enabling a consistent traffic digital twin. Through roadside-enhanced perception and cloud-based collaborative planning, it enables beyond-line-of-sight scenario coverage and situational prediction, thereby supporting regional traffic optimization and complex scenario management. Built upon the Vehicle-Road-Cloud-Security technological framework, it forms a closed loop of "data fusion-global perception-collaborative decision-making-dynamic response-security evolution". The platform can be flexibly deployed and expanded for upgrading, and supports both command monitoring and operational management.
Target Users
Government traffic management departments, vehicle management departments, autonomous driving enterprises, automakers, local operation platforms, universities, and others.
Best Practices

Within a 600 km² area in Beijing, the platform has aggregated over 7PB of perception data, with a daily increase of 450TB. The regulatory platform serves 37 enterprises and over 1100 autonomous vehicles, accumulating over 40 million kilometers of test mileage, accounting for ¼ of China's total autonomous vehicle test mileage. In E-town and Tongzhou District, 235 km² dynamic optimization of signal-control has been achieved successively. At intersections, the timing is automatically optimized and adjusted every 13 minutes on average. While travel volumes increased by 19.7% and 5.7% in these respective areas, arterial road speeds improved by 15% and 7%. The platform is now deployed and promoted in other cities, including Beijing, Qionghai, and Kangbashi (Ordos).
