User Pain Points
Provincial (municipal) governments face issues such as difficulty in information transfer, challenges in collecting and updating grassroots data, and scattered government office application systems with slow iteration and upgrades. Meanwhile, existing instant messaging or office products on the market fail to meet these government application needs. They cannot fully ensure the security of government data.
Solution Features
As the unified entry point for provincial (municipal) government offices, the platform is built for government work scenarios and covers four administrative levels, including city, district, subdistrict, and community levels. It provides a unified basic collaborative office platform, offering core functions such as address book, messaging, video conferencing, collaborative documents, task and schedule management, and expands the microservice ecosystem of government applications. The platform integrates DeepSeek and JD's large language models to create an "Intelligent Assistant", offering capabilities such as intelligent fuzzy contact search, leadership data queries, government document drafting assistance, intelligent meetings, chatbots, and intelligent summarization. It enhances the intelligence level and efficiency of government work. The product can be privately deployed in government environments, allowing users to work anytime, anywhere via PC or mobile devices.
Target Users
Provincial and municipal governments, central and state-owned enterprises.
Best Practices

"Jingban" has been implemented across Beijing's 16+1 districts and all 114 municipal units, serving over 500,000 users. The average daily active rate of municipal users is nearly 80%, ranking among the top government collaborative platforms nationwide. It has been tested in major events such as the Winter Olympics and the National People's Congress and CPPCC sessions, completed full-stack localization transformation, became the first to meet the work-secret information protection standard, and adapted to the HarmonyOS system. Jingban is capable of handling work-secret-level government collaboration. It has now been promoted to national ministries, central state-owned enterprises, and multiple local governments.
