"Jing tong" is dedicated to promoting the intensive construction and cross-system interoperability of the city's mobile government applications. It provides special thematic services such as health services and "trade-in" for consumer goods, as well as "efficiently handling one matter" services like "Medical Expense Reimbursement" and "Public Rental Housing Application", effectively improving the efficiency of users in handling affairs. It has created the "Jing tong Code", which enables "scan-to-retrieve-certificates" and "scan-to-get-a-ticket-number" in 117 government servicehalls across the city. It has also stepped up efforts to promote data sharing to reduce the need for users to repeatedly fill in and submit data and has built a unified message center to accelerate the delivery of government service information. To date, "Jing tong" has over 58 million registered users and more than 900 million total visits, making it a key link in Beijing's construction of an innovative and smart modern people's city. "Jing tong" is about to launch intelligent and convenient app services to better create an accessible smart city service assistant for individuals and legal entities.
